In a mixing glass, stir vermouth, Rinquinquin, syrup, and bitters with ice for 30 seconds. Strain into rocks glass (or large coupe for viral IG presentation 😉). Carefully place butterfly pea flower infused ice sphere inside glass. Add Supasawa for colour-changing effect.
🦋 Butterfly Pea Flower Sphere 🦋
In heat safe container, mix 1 cup boiling water with 2 Tbsp dried butterfly pea flowers. Infuse for 10 min, then strain into clean container. Use the resulting liquid to fill an ice sphere mold and wait several hours until it has frozen solid. Temper slightly in your hands before serving to prevent cracking.
