Rust + Bone
This version gets its cedar notes via bitters instead of a spirit infusion as in the original recipe by Sandy De Almeida.
Stir with ice. Strain over clear king cube in tumbler. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
- 1/2 oz Bénédictine liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- 2 dashes Wild Muskoka Charred Cedar Bitters
