Pear Sour
Muddle pear in mixer. Add all ingredients. Dry shake. Wet shake (with ice). Strain into coupe glass.

- 2 oz Lumette London Dry
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/8th ripe pear
- 3/4 oz Jolly Cut Simple Syrup
- 1 egg white or 8 drops Ms. Better's Miraculous Foamer
