The Dirty Rosita
Combine all ingredients into mixing glass with cubed ice and stir for around 50 rotations. Single strain into rocks glass over a king ice cube. Garnish with 3 olives.
*Olive Oil Washed Tequila: Combine 750mL blanco tequila with 2 oz extra virgin olive oli in large vessel and shake well. Place in freezer overnight. Remove frozen fat cap and strain tequila back into empty bottle.
**Saline Solution: Combine 8 parts distilled water with 2 parts salt until fully dissolved.

- 0.5oz sweet vermouth
- 0.5oz Campari
- 3 Dashes Bitter Truth Olive Bitters
- 2-3 Dashes Saline Solution**
- (Optional: 1 Barspoon Olive Brine)
- 3 Tillen Farms Lemon Twist Olives, for garnish
