Puddin' On The Riz
Pour all ingredients into shaker. Shake vigorously with cubed ice. Single strain into Groovy Tumbler over fresh cubed ice. Garnish with banana chip.
**To Make Banana Peel Oleo Saccharum: Combine equal weights of banana peels and white sugar in a sealed container. Lightly press sugar into peels so it covers evenly, or seal and shake vigorously in the container. Leave overnight. Strain out the resulting liquid into a bottle. Refrigerate for up to one week.
