Lady Grey
Reverse dry shake (shake with ice; strain and discard ice; shake again to froth). Double-strain into chilled Riedel Sour Glass.

- 1¾ oz dry gin
- 3/4 oz Porter’s Earl Grey Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Cointreau
- 1 tsp Faba Aquafaba Powder
- 2 tbsp water
