Rose Gin Sour
Before serving, crush some dried rose buds into a coarse powder. Prep the glass by brushing a stripe of syrup onto the side of the glass and sprinkle roses onto the layer of syrup. Lightly shake off any excess and wipe with a dry paper towel if needed. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake vigorously with cubed ice. Double strain into prepared chilled coupe. Mist rose water over drink.
Ingredients
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 1 oz Symply Rose Syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 full droppers B’Lure Flower Extract
- 2 full droppers Ms. Better’s Miraculous Foamer
- Club soda to top (optional)
- Mist of Rose Petal Water
- Crushed Rose Flowers, for garnish
