Harkness Highball
Prepare your Silver Dream Deco Highball with black sea salt rimmer. Add spirit, syrup, B'Lure, soda water, and ice. Stir gently to combine. Add lemon juice and watch the colour-change effect from the acidic juice reacting with the butterfly pea flower. Add luster dust and stir to see a shimmery transformation. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel.

- 2 oz clear spirit (blanco tequila, white rum, dry gin, or vodka)
- 3/4 oz Prosyro Lavender Syrup
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 dashes B’lure Flower Extract
- 1 pinch Violet Shimmer Luster Dust
- 4 oz soda water
- 1 tsp black sea salt, for rim
- Dehdyrated lemon wheel
