Three Dots and a Dash
Combine all the ingredients in a blender with 6 oz (180 ml) crushed ice. Blend on high for 10 seconds, or until a slushie consistency. Add more ice if needed. Pour unstrained into a Collins glass or tiki mug. Garnish with the cherries and pineapple cube speared on a cocktail pick.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz aged rhum agricole
- 1/2 oz aged rum
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
- 3/4 oz honey syrup (dilute honey with warm water 1:1)
- 1/4 oz BG Reynolds Falernum Syrup
- 1/4 oz allspice liqueur
- 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- 3 Egbert's Premium Cocktail Cherries, for garnish
- 1 fresh pineapple cube, or dehydrated pineapple wheel, for garnish
