Seedlip Notas de Agave Paloma
Shake all ingredients except the club soda with ice. Strain into highball glass over fresh ice. Top with soda. Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit slice.

- 2 oz Seedlip Notas de Agave Distilled Non-Alcoholic Spirit
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz Raft Simple Syrup
- 3 oz club soda
- Dehydrated Grapefruit Slice, for garnish
