Sunny Sting
Add gin, lemon, diluted hot honey, and sliced sun gold tomatoes in shaker. Muddle then add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into Cleo Gold Rim Coupe. Garnish with extra tomato and sprinkle of Tajin.

- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz diluted Sauci's Hot Honey (dilute 1:1 with warm water)
- 3 sun gold tomatoes, plus one more for garnish
- pinch Tajin Classic Lime Salt, for garnish
