INGREDIENTS
2 oz Rum
¾ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Lychee Liqueur
Pinch of salt
6 dashes Fee Brothers Browned Butter Fat Wash
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled, then strain into a chilled Signature Martini Glass and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
