Club Yuzu
Dry shake without ice. Add ice and hard shake. Strain into tumbler. Garnish with mint or shiso leaf.
Ingredients
- 1¾ oz. gin
- 1/2 oz saké
- 1/2 oz Prosyro Yuzu Syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white or 8 drops Ms. Better's Miraculous Foamer
- 1 dash Japanese Shiso Bitters
- mint or shiso leaf, for garnish
