Smoked Apricot Bourbon Fizz
Slice and pit an apricot. Lightly char slices on a heat-safe surface using a butane torch. Add smoked apricots, lemon juice, and maple syrup to glass and muddle. Add Kentucky 74 and ice. Top with sparkling water & enjoy!

- 2 oz Spiritless Kentucky 74 Distilled Non-Alcoholic Bourbon
- 1 apricot, sliced and charred
- 1/2 oz Kinsip Whisky Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
