Smoked Apple Manhattan
Stir with ice. Strain into frozen coupe. Place coupe inside cloche dome and fill with applewood smoke using smoking gun. Remove after 15-20 seconds. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
Ingredients
- 2 oz rye whisky
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 dash Nickel 9 Smoked Apple Bitters
- 1 dash Ms. Better's Batch 42 Aromatic Bitters
- Applewood chips, for smoking
