Rosé Sangria
Shake first three ingredients briefly with ice. Strain into wine glass filled with cracked ice. Add rosé and stir gently. Float Amermelade and garnish with grapefruit and basil.

- 3/4 oz. Small Hand Foods Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 3/4 oz. mango-infused dry vermouth
- 1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- 3 oz. dry rosé wine
- 1/2 oz. Amermelade aperitif
