Pink Lady
Combine all ingredients in shaker tin and dry shake (without ice) to froth. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled coupe. Express lemon peel oils over drink and discard.

- 1.5 oz dry gin
- 1/2 oz Laird's Applejack
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Raft Grenadine
- 1/2 oz Raft Simple Syrup
- 1 egg white or 8 drops Ms. Better's Miraculous Foamer
