Mon Cheri

Muddle celery in tin. Prepare your highball by wrapping cucumber ribbon around inside and filling with crushed ice. Combine remaining ingredients and shake. Strain into highball. Top with soda water.


  • 2.5 oz fino sherry
  • 1/4 oz green chartreuse
  • 1/4 oz Prosyro Falernum
  • 1/2 oz cucumber syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 10 drops saline solution
  • 1" piece of celery, for muddling
  • 1 cucumber ribbon, for garnish
