Mezcal Negroni
Rinse chilled coupe with bitters. Stir remaining ingredients with ice. Strain into coupe. Express lemon peel over drink and garnish.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz mezcal
- ¾ oz dry vermouth
- ¾ oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco or Roots Divino Bianco NA Aperitif
- 1 barpsoon Bénédictine
- 2 dashes Dillon's Wormwood Bitters, to rinse
- lemon peel, to garnish
