Jungle Bird Sour
Combine ingredients in shaker and dry shake (without ice) to froth. Add ice and wet shake to chill and dilute. Double-strain into tumbler, garnish with dots of bitters and pineapple frond.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz aged Jamaican rum
- 1.5 oz pineapple juicer
- 3/4 oz Campari
- 1/2 oz Jolly Cut Organic Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Cosmic Lime juice
- 1 egg white or 6 drops Ms. Better's Bitters Miraculous Foamer
- 4 drops of Bittermen's Elemakule Tiki Bitters, for garnish
