Dry shake without ice. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain over crushed ice into brandy snifter or tiki mug. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple wheel and amarena cherry.

- 1 oz Galliano liqueur
- 1 oz gold Caribbean rum
- 1 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 oz apricot brandy or Prosyro Apricot Syrup
- 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice (up to 1/4 more if using apricot syrup)
