Layer ice with apple and cloves in a collins glass. Add Seedlip, shrub, and top with tonic water. Garnish with apple fan.

- 1 oz. False Ox Apple Cranberry Shrub
- 1 oz. Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic Water
- 3 slices of Honeycrisp Apple, for garnish
- 3 Cloves, for garnish
