Floral Sour
Combine ingredients in shaker without ice and dry shake to emulsify. Add ice and shake for another 30 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Express lemon peel over drink and garnish.

- 1.5 oz Empress Gin
- 1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Prosyro Lavender Syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white or 8 drops Ms. Better's Miraculous Foamer
- pinch Edible Luster Dust (Violet Shimmer)
