Flaming Los Altos

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain over crushed ice in collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple wheel, dehydrate lime wheel, and flaming lime shell* *in a spent lime shell, add a splash of tequila. Carefully light on fire, adding pinches of cinnamon to ignite sparks.


  • 1/5 oz blanco tequila
  • 1/2 oz mezcal
  • 1.5 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz Raft Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz soda water, to top
