Ephemeral 2.0

Stir with ice until chilled. Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with a grapefruit peel if you have it.

Ingredients

2 oz Top Shelf Barrel-Aged Gin
1 oz Roots Divino Bianco NA Apéritif (or bianco vermouth)
1 barspoon Prosyro Vienna Elderflower Syrup (or St. Germain liqueur)
2 dashes Kinsip Orange Bitters
1 dash Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
