Did It For The Vine

Prepare LSA small Gio tumbler with a swath of agave syrup dipped in Tajin salt rim 🌶️🧂. Shake remaining ingredients with ice. Double-strain over fresh ice into rimmed tumbler. *To make Salted Cherry Tomato Syrup, combine equal parts (by weight) of white sugar and cherry tomatoes (pierced skins). Leave at room temperature in a sealed container overnight. Strain solids and add 2% weight as salt. Refrigerate.
