Chimney Sweep
Stir with ice until chilled. Strain over king cube into Riedel Rocks Glass. Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel and bourbon cherry. Place cloche dome over glass and fill with applewood smoke using smoking gun. Slowly remove dome upon serving.

- 1 oz. rye whisky
- 1 oz. sweet vermouth
- 1 oz. Cynar
- 2 dashes Ms. Better's Chocolate Bitters
- dehydrated orange wheel, for garnish
- Woodford Reserve Bourbon Cherry, for garnish
