Cherry Lime Rickey
Add gin, lime juice, and bitters to a highball glass with ice. Top with club soda and stir briefly to mix. Garnish with lime wheels (cherry optional).

- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 5 dashes All The Bitter New Orleans Bitters
- 3 oz club soda, to top
