Bitter Exes
Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake vigorously 30 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe. Express grapefruit peel over drink and garnish.

- 3/4 oz Cynar (or dark amaro)
- 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
- 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/4 oz Raft Demerara Syrup
- 1 dash Dashfire Cinnamon Bitters
