Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice, stir to mix, and garnish with an orange twist.

- ¼ oz Raft Ginger Syrup
- ¼ oz fresh lemon juice
- 4 dashes Scrappy's Cardamom Bitters
- 3 oz soda water
