L'Amour en Fuite
Prepare coupe glass with a spritz of absinthe to coat inside. Stir remaining ingredients with ice to chill in mixing glass. Strain into coupe. Garnish with a lemon peel.

- 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1/4 oz elderflower liqueur
- absinthe, for misting glass
