Mint Julep
Combine the mint leaves, syrup and bourbon in julep cup. Using a muddler, gently press the mint to release its essence into the liquid. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Gently press a bar spoon into the ice, shaking it to incorporate the bourbon-syrup mixture. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.

- 2 oz bourbon
- 1/2 oz Jolly Cut Organic Simple Syrup
- 6-7 fresh mint leaves, plus sprig for garnish
