In a cocktail shaker with ice, add 1/2 oz Sumac & Cranberry Syrup, 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice and 2 dashes Cranberry Bitters. Shake until cold, strain into a flute and top with 4 oz Oddbird Blanc de Blancs. Finish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
