Staghorn Sumac flowers are those pretty red cones you see around Ontario in the fall. They have a distinctly tart, lemony flavour. The fine folks at Jolly Cut have crafted an organic syrup from foraged sumac with a hint of cranberry. Swap it out for regular simple syrup in cocktails or mix it with soda for a refreshing non-alc sipper. It makes a heck of a Cosmo, too!
