A zero-proof French 75 in its holiday best. Dark cherry, hibiscus and a little clove make it ruby red, and the bubbles are already in the set. In a cocktail shaker with ice, add 1/2 oz Cherry Hibiscus Syrup, 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice and 2 dashes Cherry Bitters. Shake until cold, strain into a flute and top with 4 oz Oddbird Blanc de Blancs. Finish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
