A Whisky Sour worth staying up for. A frothy maple-citrus sour mix and candied black walnut bitters turn the classic into a holiday nightcap. In a cocktail shaker without ice, add 1 1/2 oz whisky, 1 1/4 oz Golden Hour Whisky Sour Syrup and 2 dashes Black Walnut Bitters. Shake hard to froth, then add ice and shake again. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.

What you'll need at home: whisky and ice. The sour mix already has the citrus and makes its own foam.
