A silky amaretto sour with no alcohol, finished with our Amarena cherries and a few drops of non-alc aromatic bitters on the foam.

Shake hard with ice: 2 oz NOA Amaretto, 1 oz fresh lemon juice and 1/4 oz cherry syrup from the jar, plus an egg white or aquafaba for foam. Strain into a coupe, dot bitters on the foam and finish with two cherries on a pin. You'll need: fresh lemons, ice, a cocktail shaker, egg white or aquafaba (optional).
