This Lime Syrup is made with utmost delicacy during bottling. Water and sugar are heated first, with cold-pressed lime juice added at the last minute. Once pasteurized and bottled, small-batch bottles are refrigerated to deliver the purest product, one that preserves the freshness and tanginess of the fruit. Try it in a Daiquiri, Gimlet, or add a touch of lime to your next G&T.
