Make your acid: Add the full pouch to 1L (34 oz) of water. Whisk until dissolved. Bottle it and keep it in the fridge.

Make a drink: 2 oz of your favourite spirit, ¾ oz Acid Buddy, ¾ oz simple syrup. Shake hard in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain. A cherry tomato on a pick makes a good garnish.
