With no flavour of its own, it goes wherever you take it. Pair it with a flavoured syrup and build your own profile. Gimlets, mojitos, daiquiris and margaritas all work, and they'll taste the same every time you make them.

Make your acid: Add the full pouch to 1L (34 oz) of water. Whisk until dissolved. Bottle it and keep it in the fridge.

Make a drink: 2 oz of your favourite spirit, ¾ oz Acid Buddy, ¾ oz simple syrup. Shake hard in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain.
