Cedar is harvested from the most wild of places in Muskoka, then a fire is made using the primitive technique of the cedar bow-drill. Fresh cedar leaf and wood is charred over the fire, and then added to bourbon with bitter herbs. The resulting bitters are perfect for adding smokey or woodsy flavour to your favourite cocktail.
