Dillon's Rhubarb bitters begin with a Niagara wine grape base, created from only local rhubarb and natural botanicals. Starting with fresh-pressed rhubarb juice from Dillon's own gardens, combined with a touch of star anise and ginger plus several other herbs to make a uniquely balanced bitter. Add a dash to gin, vodka, tequila, rye & gingers, Negronis and Tom Collins.
