This non-alcoholic riff on the classic Paloma is a year-round fave! In a highball filled with ice and rimmed with Fiesta salt rimmer, add 2 oz Seedlip Notas de Agave, 1 oz Split Tree grapefruit cordial, 3/4 oz fresh lime juice, and 4 oz soda water. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit slice.
