Inspired by their infusion process for liqueurs, Giffard Alcohol-Free Pineapple Liqueur is made from a maceration of fresh pineapples reinforced by a candied pineapple infusion in white wine vinegar. Giffard Alcohol Free is a range with great aromatic richness and a reduced level of sugar to underline this aromatic intensity, which brings complexity, length in the mouth and a real added value to your cocktails. Giffard is giving the option to, like a liqueur, revisit classic cocktails like the Negroni, Aviation and of course the Spritz in an alcohol-free version.
