This beauty is a re-interpretation of vintage absinthe glasses from the 1930s, developed in collaboration with the Absinthe Museum in Auvers sur Oise. A favourite on French tables for generations, these classic glasses have been updated with a curved stem, lending an elegant touch to cocktail hour. 

For a traditional "Parisian absinthe", place a sugar cube on a flat slotted spoon balanced over the glass and slowly pour cold water to dissolve the sugar and enhance the sweet botanical notes.
