Must-haves for any bar! This classic trio will allow you to make countless classic and modern cocktails. Larger format for better savings!

Two classics that use all three bottles:

Old Fashioned: stir 2 oz bourbon, 1/4 oz simple syrup, 2 dashes Angostura and 1 dash Regan's Orange with ice. Strain over a big cube and garnish with an orange peel.

Sazerac: rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe. Stir 2 oz rye, 1/4 oz simple syrup, 3 dashes Peychaud's and 1 dash Angostura with ice. Strain into the glass (no ice) and express a lemon peel over the top.

You'll need at home: bourbon, rye, simple syrup, absinthe for the Sazerac, citrus and ice.

• Regan's Orange Bitters No.6 (296mL)
• Peychaud's Aromatic Cocktail Bitters (296 mL)
