This non-alcoholic riff on the classic Paloma is a warm-weather fave! In a highball filled with ice and rimmed with Fiesta salt rimmer, add 2 oz Seedlip Spice, 1 oz Split Tree grapefruit cordial, 3/4 oz fresh lime juice, and 4 oz soda water. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit slice.
