Som (s-oh-m) is a zero proof cane vinegar cordial made from organic cane vinegar, cane sugar, and the addition of whole fruits, spices and botanicals that macerate in the vinegar to impart their unique flavour profiles. Som is concentrated and most beverage applications involve diluting with carbonated water or mixing into a cocktail.

Som Ginger Shrub is bright, spicy and tropical with the intensity you would expect from fresh ginger. Balanced tart, spice, and sweetness. Pairs well with bourbon, aged rum, vodka, gin, tequila.

Mix 1 part Som with 4 parts soda water over ice for a zero proof beverage with bite!
