Napa Valley Grapefruit Bitters

Hand zested, ripe organic grapefruit is used as the base, layered with the spiciness of fresh ginger and lemon grass, and finished with a slight hopped note that rewards your patience. The mid-palate is filled in with the elegance and grace of Indian coriander, green cardamon, allspice and clove along with a secret blend of bittering botanicals and natural herbs.

CALIFORNIA BUBBLE BALL
1/4 oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 sugar cube
1 fresh lemon zest for garnish
California Brut Sparkling Wine
4-5 drops Napa Valley Grapefruit Bitters
Soak the sugar cube with the bitters over a chilled sparking wine glass or coupe. Drop the sugar cube in the glass. Add the St Germain to the glass. Carefully fill glass with bubbles and garnish with lemon.
