This small-batch, limited edition hot sauce is the brainchild of Tijuana Tom himself. Part of his Brewery Line Series, he has partnered with other local business Orange Snail Brewers to include their flagship Iron Pig Lagered Ale; as well as the delicious Raw Honey of Backed By Bees.

This full bodied winner activates your entire pallet. Subtle up front heat slowly builds into a spicy, peppered intensity, all the while subdued by hints of honey and sweet onion.
